LAUFEN WINS ‘BEST FURNITURE BRAND’ AT 2019 BKU AWARDS

Swiss bathroom brand Laufen, has scooped the award for ‘Best Bathroom Furniture Brand’ at this year’s prestigious BKU Awards. The unmissable industry event took place on Thursday 20th June, at the spectacular Pavilion at The Tower of London.

The BKU Awards are designed to recognise the best retailers, brands, people and services in the bathroom & kitchen sector. It is the only awards scheme that hands ‘power back to the people’, giving those working in the kitchen & bathroom industry the opportunity to vote for the companies and people they feel deserve acknowledgement.

Alan Dodds, Managing Director of Roca UK, comments, “We are delighted by Laufen’s success at this year’s BKU awards. To have recognition for our bathroom furniture is a great accolade and is testament to the innovation of Laufen’s furniture offering. Laufen offers a wide range of high-quality products which provide practical functionality with a luxurious design aesthetic and this has proved to be a winning combination. It is great to have such positive feedback from the industry and we thank them for their support.”

Laufen continues to expand and evolve its furniture offering with a diverse range of options, to meet the consumer demand for beautiful furniture to complement their high-quality range of sanitary ware. At ISH this year, Laufen launched an outstanding collection of Sonar furniture, designed by Patricia Urquiola, to compliment the award-winning Sonar bathroom range.

Laufen’s Base furniture range continues to grow in popularity with a wide variety of fitted options, including vanity units and mirror cabinets, available in a variety of sizes and finishes to complement any size and style bathroom.

The new Moderna bathroom furniture series is a contemporary, stylish yet functional range. With a timeless, minimalist look, the exceptionally high-quality finish delivers a bathroom with a luxurious feel, whilst ensuring the range is also excellent value for money. The intentionally minimalist range of vanity units can be flexibly adapted to suit the bathroom space.
